Booking Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for adjustments for your appointments and cancellations. In the event that you need to cancel without prior 48 hours’ notice, you will incur a cancellation fee of $25 (deducted from your deposit).
You will be given another 24 hours to advise, and if we have not heard from you by then and until your next appointment, you will be tagged as a "NO CALL NO SHOW CLIENT" and your full payment and whole deposit will be forfeited.
All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent services for our established and future clientele.

Privacy and Safety
We strictly impose safety, especially during these times. To avoid risks, you are not allowed to bring someone else besides you during your treatment, unless they are being serviced too.

Refund Policy
ALL TREATMENTS, PACKAGES, AND PRODUCTS are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for services rendered. We would offer to fix any issues instead.
There will be a late fee of $10 if you don't make it on time to your appointment.

Shipping and Shopping Policy
We specialise in homemade products for your slimming and wellness! We can ship them to you, and you'll receive them within4-5 business days days for a minimal shipping fee. All products are strictly non-refundable.

Return Policy

ALL SERVICES DONE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We have a 30-day return policy FOR PRODUCTS ONLY, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ruthsbeautybodybar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your relation to Louisiana. You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 14 business days before that time.
